80% Meunier, 10% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot noir.
Dosage: 10g / l.
Malolactic fermentation: yes
Cellar time: Three years.
Tone on the palate: Light wine, full of freshness, floral notes at the start of the palate, then red fruits.
Tasting: As an accompaniment to “IGP” quality foie gras, frayed poultry, goat cheese or hard cheeses such as mimolette.
Serving temperature: between 6 ° C and 9 ° C.

Cuvée Extra brut

25% Meunier, 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot noir.
Dosage: 6g / l.
Cellar time: Three years.
Malolactic fermentation: yes
Tone on the palate: Great freshness, with a beautiful delicacy, floral and mineral notes at the start and end of the palate. Beautiful elegance.
Tasting: For a meal with fish dishes, sole, turbot with light Champagne sauce, or seafood, oysters, crab for example.
Serving temperature: between 6 ° C and 10 ° C

Rosé Cuvée

68% Meunier, 8.5% Chardonnay, 8.5% Pinot noir, 15% red wine.

Malolactic fermentation: yes
Cellar time: Four years, in oak barrels.
Tone on the palate: Fine and frank, supple, silky wine.
Tasting: As an aperitif, alongside a foie gras accompanied by a lightly caramelized onion confit, or toast with a compote of vegetables worked with fruits or spices.
Serving temperature: between 6 ° C and 9 ° C
